Dont bat an eyelid....business as usual for themI wonder if Arsenal fans get nervous before this fixture. What’s to be nervous about from their side?

Reminds me that I bumped into a gooner I know on Saturday and he was giving it large about how he loved NLD days at their place and how he reckoned the score would be 4-1 or 5-1.I wonder if Arsenal fans get nervous before this fixture. What’s to be nervous about from their side?
The league is all but over. No way will they blow it this season. Best squad in the league and dare i say it, an excellent manager.Their rise has also coincided with the regression of City and Liverpool, but you have to be there to take advantage when the top teams are having off seasons. If City can remain within 6-9 points by March then I still think scum will get nervy but they’ve got to keep them within arms length otherwise they will run away with it. Let’s hope they don’t pick up too many trophies whilst they are a very good team.
Richarlison was Kane’s replacement but let’s be honest, he hasn’t worked out. I actually went into the 22/23 season thinking we could sneak third and maybe challenge but we slipped and Arsenal went to another level. It’s quite depressing![]()
Yeah all is as well as can be expected. Thanks.Hope all is ok. It was like the worst possible combination of our performances this season, along with our usual display at the Emirates. Definitely do not watch. It was a 1:30am kick off here and I wrote my Monday off to watch it live. Regretting it massively.
I'd just get rid of it. Its positives don't outweigh its negatives in my opinion, and I feel it's destroying the game. It's killed virtually all spontaneity and excitement; it's made on-field officials lazy and more likely to defer making a decision, and the really difficult calls it could actually be useful for, they don't want to make half the time because of the 'clear and obvious' nonsense. I was bang in favour of the idea of it at one time, but now I think it's absolutely the worst thing that's ever happened to the sport.
I'm afraid it's only the beginning: they are about to introduce more and more 'technology' in football and, as you rightly stated, some people are making a lot of money off it.Unlike you i was really against it when it first came in as i thought it would be crap and so it as proved. It good to see you and others i meet at games are begining to see it a Farse and the game is worse because of it. Someone has made money out of it though so sadly i feel we will have to suffer it.

It wasn't great in the Blatter days, but FIFA has been under US control for quite a few years now, so you should expect football to try and close the gap on American sports. So unless something drastic happens, it will be more stats, more tech and more money for the foreseeable future.
