So, what happened today?

Back home after a week of craft beers (the festival have a tent just for that) and metal it's time for GnR. This time they've conveniently decided to play my home town. They were supposed to play the ski arena like Metallica a few years back, but it's been moved to a slightly smaller one just outside the city center (Maiden played there a month ago. Apparently it was easier to just leave the stage there). It's in the backyard of the local brewery and should make for a really intimate setting. At least I won't have to queue for any shuttle buses and can walk home instead.

Just boarded a Ryanair flight and then we all got kicked off again as it's apparently leaking fluid and not fit to fly. Will probably end up spending the whole day in a f**king airport now and wasting half my weekend trip!
Mate better than being in the air then finding out it's fudged half way through your flight

New plane/flight at 15:00.

5 hour delay and should be able to claim compensation so should be ok. Bit sh*t bit I've accepted the situation now lol

The guy who serves me coffee knew this kids dad. Don't buy ebikes for children. RIP young man. This world can be so fudging cruel

I’m guessing he wasn’t wearing a helmet and/or the e-bike was unrestricted in Oz??

e-bikes in the uk are limited to 15mph which isn’t super fast I.e. if my 13 year old is racing alongside me he can do 20mph on his little bike.

Yep restricted to 30kph he was doing 30kph according to my mate pulled a wheelie for his mates filming it lost control then went over the handlebars no helmet hit his head on concrete.
A lot of traumatised kids who watched it unfold

I’ve got a reasonable pain threshold but it’s a go to bed and whimper level of discomfort.

It also make you vomit so not helpful with keeping down the pain relief.

I’d better start taking the apple cider vinegar supplement again. I can feel it again this evening.
