OMT - Tottenham Hotspur vs Eintracht Frankfurt

We were really unlucky not to finish with a good win tonight. But its only half time and after that second half performance I am feeling a bit more optimistic! Which is a very strange feeling for me this season

I don't think that always tracks, as a lot of times clubs get players of tremendous value "for free" from their youth system.
 
We ought to have won tonight but I’m not sure that relying on a 20 minute hot spell is good enough when at home. We’re still in it but I can’t say I feel overly confident going into next week’s tie.
 
Didn't get to watch the match fully, but the bits I saw looked threatening. Missed our goal but saw there's, was far too easy sadly. I did see some of the latter chances we had, a shame we couldn't convert any.

All we can hope for is NOT the Villa cup game and NOT the Anfield semi-final 2nd leg.

I'd say that's says more about how well the respective clubs have spent the money that have. Mainland European clubs have historically spent far better than the English clubs.
