Don't believe Indian, he watches SSN on deadline day to see Jim reach climax![]()
This place is a nuthouse!!!
1. There's 2 hours of the window left;
2. We have Kane, Son and N'Jie to play up front. No-one here has so far been able to categorically say that either Son nor N'Jie can play in the no 9 position;
3. Yes, it will be disappointing if we don't sign a striker but see point 1 and 2 above;
4. This sense of entitlement that people have for signings etc.. will only lead to disappointment;
5. We will finish, imho, above West Ham (for all those people that think West Ham have a better or comparable squad to us). I cannot think of one of their players that I would like over and above our first team;
6. Levy is not the anti-Christ. He's also not able to force people to sell their prized assets. He has tried and up until now (2 hours before the deadline) he has not managed to get a striker that specialises in the no 9. He still knows significantly more than any of you how to run a football club. He also has more skin in the game than any one of you to ensure that Spurs is a success. Under his stewardship we have gone from a team flirting with the odd relegation scramble to a team flirting with the odd top 4 finish. Hold him responsible for all Spurs failings if you see fit. He won't give a fudge and the facts speak for themselves;
7. This window has been a reasonable success. We've got rid of deadwood and hopefully will have gotten rid of Ade as well, and we have signed some good talent as well; and
8. There's 2 hours of the window left.
Well third bid turned down.....end of window.
JJ must have been smoking some strong weed earlier
Well, at least we're not signing a f*cking Stambouli or a Fazio, eh?
Christ, get a move on, Levy, ya gobbrick.![]()
gobbrick - Loud-mouthed person who talks a lot, but nothing with any value - as in ****e coming out of their gob
He's hardly loud-mouthed! If anything a number of people on here plus the ITKs are gobbricks!!
I'm not a big believer in luck. To me it is an excuse that people who don't win use. Yes, outside factors can have an effect on something but you make your own luck. I guess my point is at what point do you start believing something is luck. Is Eriksen's injury bad luck? I would say so, but it's no different to what other clubs have. Some have it worse than we do. Does that mean they are more unlucky than we are? I can see that you and I are probably not going to agree on this.
