Good ep this week liked how positive you both were. Only part I disagreed with was the assessment that Kudus looked sharp.

Agree almost wholeheartedly. There were signs beyond the awful imbalance of the side and ineffectiveness of the wide men, that something is starting to simmer, not quite a rolling simmer but if the awareness, familiarity and understanding builds, then this could start to reduce down to something quite flavoursome. I think I may peckish... We desperately need pace out wide, players taking on and beating their men and more players looking to make the critical runs. I'm potentially more excited than fearful, although this will be a tough fixture away. It will be interesting to see how RDZ sets things out. I'd genuinely like us to go there and attack. Not quite Big Ange madness Or Ossie's cavalier charge but a positive attacking mentality. COYS.

Finding Our Way Out Of The Forest
Season 7 - Episode 9

Steff, Ram and Milo discuss our draw at the City Ground, the improvements we are seeing in our performances and we review the transfer window and ask how much better our squad is now compared to May

We also discuss the superb Micky Hazard initiative Legend on the Bench, and enjoy a meander down memory lane as we celebrate Adel Taarabt!

Half-Term Report
Season 7 - Episode 11

It's (sort of) half-term thanks to this extended international break, so Steff, Milo and Gareth chat about our defeats to Aston Villa and Liverpool and take stock of how Roberto De Zerbi's Tottenham have done in our first 5 games.

Drat had to pause due to clients. One thing that you highlighted is 'game management'. (in it's loosest sense...) Someone, could indeed have cheated and delayed the restart but then, the ref could have added the time and asked them to leave the field for a minute. So you get a bashed player return and lose a healthy one. Last season I felt these 'dark arts' were becoming more obvious and, of course, the 'imbeciles that be' have meddled poorly, to attempt to mitigate some of these behaviours. The number of keepers with cramps in the last phase of a game they were leading, clearly didn't go unnoticed. Against us as we chased games, opposition players were dropping like it was a bad day at the Somme (*Okay there weren't any good days). Yet, now we have a system where a player can be fouled, injured, even maliciously, and after treatment for an obvious injury (not the writhing, rolling, screaming nonsense so loved by our continental cousins) they are subjected to a further time penalty. This gives their opponents (the transgressors) an advantage. If a keeper is injured, they, under the new rules stay on the field but an outfield players must be nominated to depart!! If this is the case with an injury to a keeper, then surely the opposition should also lose a player for the minute too. The reality is that we had a minute to survive and ten players on the field. 9 of them could have been in the box. Bentancur was sent back to fill the gap. Game management isn't just running the clock down, it is seeing the risk of your CB being off the pitch, looking at the clock and knowing that this is the moment to park the bus.

Agreed.
Starting with our seasoned LB not haring into a nothing space and acting like a schoolkid trying to impress and needlessly hacking a ball to his international teammate!!!!
(I still would not have objected to Kinsky going down with a strain!)
