Odobert won’t be challenging for a squad place again till after Xmas, maybe a little later.

If we don’t sign another winger, Moore would be 4th or 5th choice after Kudus, Savio and Marmoush (who may end up at CF if we sell Richy) and competing with Tel for those minutes. One serious injury and he could feasibly be the first option off the bench for one of the two wide roles.

To be specific, I think limited PL minutes is worth less than regular Bundesliga, that is not bonkers.

I would suggest RBZ will prove one of us right and the other wrong. He will either be sent out on loan, or not.

It's not about you or I being right or wrong though, it's about what's best for Moore and IMO a loan to Koln isn't best for him.

I would much prefer a Frankfurt or a Hamburger than Koln or maybe a Hull or Millwall perhaps. I hope he doesn't go out on loan.
 
Most importantly (see Yang for evidence) he needs to go to a club that will definitely give him minutes. If we loan him to a club with some decent players, they will prefer to play those decent players. So he needs a level where he is picked regularly, whether that is Bundeslida, Scotland, Belgium or Champo.

Agreed,it is not about you or I being right or wrong. It appears the decision makers at Spurs believe a loan where he has the chance to play every week is mlre beneficial to his development.

And sure, Hamburger or Hull might be better options, but there is nothing to suggest that either club were interested in him. And I as the Bundersliga is of a higher standard than the Championship I would suggest it is a better option than going to Millwall as you suggested.

Hopefully in 12 months time Moore shall become the 2nd English player to be Bundesliga PotY which will persuade Kane that it’s time to return home and add the EPL title to his vast trophy haul 🏆
