Why? We both have different people in charge compared to only 9 months ago. The Kudus transfer 12 months ago was also seamless and helped both clubs (them with PSR deadline, us with a lower fee)

A £35M profit on Bergvall can comfortably support a £100m transfer spend. The only difference is the wages.

Great news. He's young enough sign a new contract (zero transfer fee) in 3-4 years if we can keep him.

My bet is that Tonali is choosing City over us which is why we pulled the trigger on Fernandes.

Brilliant signing, relegated twice in a row, I guess third time lucky for him next season.

Now it will be interesting to see if we still go all in on Tonali or a cheaper alternative, or simply move on to the LW targets.
