I'm on the fence with this one. If we're only committed for 1-year and this enables us to go big on another position then it could make sense. I'm not expecting Robbo to show anything other than phases of games of the player he was. No way he can be the Robbo who used to relentlessly come at you down his side of the pitch for 90 mins. He was incredibly tenacious and has definitely played at a really high technical level. I wonder as well whether his mind has adjusted with his body and he's able to adapt his game to become a stronger defender than he previously was.

The other side of this same coin is that we only have domestic football so getting Souza some English league experience is incredibly important.
 
preferred a challenger to udogie but maybe or as usual, we are short of funds (despite the huge stadium and non-football revenues) and need to save up and invest in other areas.

its one year contract and additional year option so not too bad. i don't thing udogie can go through a season without being injured for months though

Easy to want to forget. Quite possibly the worst RB I've seen at Spurs since the ENIC reign began. Which was quite the contrast when you remember he kept prime era CR7 in his pocket in his debut. Was all downhill from that point onwards.

I’d be very surprised if Robertson joined us being happy as second choice. He will absolutely push Udogie for a starting spot.
