Ingerlund

Has he been though? I mean to be a Charlie Big potatoes to that level where its a problem I would assume non footballing factors being an issue, I have not seen or read anything which suggest there is nothing to report in that respect? If coming off and holding your arms out or not being happy being taken off (I am not sure any pro should be) is a sign of Charlie big nuts, then everyone is guilty of it

Has he done anything specifically scandalous?
All I can think of is the It Had to be Me after he has scored the overhead kick in the Euro's
Nothing wrong with that though
He is brilliant, let him thrive Tuchel
The balance without him though has been pretty good
Difficult decisions for Tuchel to make

Pickford
Stones
Guehi
James
Rice
Saka
Kane
Gordon

all 100% starters if fit

Anderson has done really well recently too

I think it's more his inability to accept what he's been told by his manager. Tuchel clearly wants to run a tight ship and that means everyone putting their heads down and getting on with it.

Bellingham's a very good player, but he's not "build you team around him" good. He's not Harry Kane.

So if dropping him now teaches him a bit of humility in time for the WC then Tuchel has done his job. If it doesn't, then England have plenty of choices in the position Tuchel insists on playing him.

Fair

I still think from the outside, the whole things being over played, which is story old as time with media

Iirc, he was initially dropped when injured and later not selected because he hadn't played much. Then Tuchel seemed to make a point of omitting him again. He also made those bizarre comments about what is wife thought of Bellingham.

Same old ASSnal, always resting their players during international breaks…

How can there be a three minute ‘hydration break’ in the first half and then there only be 1 added minute? Presumably the same will happen in the second half.

Thats already 3 mins ‘stolen’ off the paying fans at Wembley.

OK, I know us Spurs fans are nervy about Sunday. Here's a little distraction for you. Pick your 26 man England squad before Tuchel names his tomorrow

Pickford, Henderson, Trafford
James, Livramento, Shaw, O'Reilly
Stones, Guehi, Konsa, Maguire, Colwill
Rice, Wharton, Anderson, Bellingham, Rogers, Garner
Saka, Gordon, Rashford, Palmer, Foden
Kane, Watkins, Toney

I just can't bring myself to put Hendo or Bowen in even though I know they will be. So will Dan Burn.

Obviously, if you're not English then pick your own country's squad if they are in the US.

No Maguire, Foden or Palmer.

Maguire is a mistake imo.
I can’t bear another tournament where the decent teams let him have the ball so he drags it upfield inch by inch with the outside of his foot- before banging it into certain loss of possession - and he is full of positioning errors.
