So now its back to ramping up ICE.................properly unhinged
Its a difficult situation as each country wants to uphold the notion of the 'american relationship ' . (With the added pressure of holding together NATO, no matter how losely)I still find it crazy that no major Western country (apart from Spain) has come out with any statement against the war yet even whilst the world economy teeters on the brink. I mean Starmer must be fuming watching borrowing rates and inflation increasing, jobs likely being lost. We're down to war crimes being threatened on social media now. It's incredible really that it's come to this with no one saying anything.

The juxtaposition is Trump is the 'american relationship' at the moment and I think they think (and wish) that everything would just return to normal if he fudged off. The madness/off the chain potential behaviour from trump, is undoubtedly a weapon for him, and an issue for other leaders.
100%Thank GHod he seems to be backing down under the whole "they want peace, they called me" and at this point I will take it anyway it comes

Who’d have thought that a draft-dodger would be so chicken brick about a full blown confrontation!
And what a time to be alive that Iranian state propaganda is perhaps more trustworthy than the President of the USA

TACO Trump strikes again with sudden Iran backdown
After threatening to "obliterate" Iran's power plants, Donald Trump's sudden backdown is again fuelling TACO taunts.www.abc.net.au
It's alarming the apparent lack of pre war scenario play out.Assuming Trump or the Gulf States have been taken by surprise by the tactical response from Iran. How stupid are these diks?
The Gulf States not kicking off is also a surprise. Saudi have a pact with Pakistan, who have to come to their aid if they wanted to hit Iran back. But it seems they are letting Israel fudge everyone rather than become the focus of their rooster up.
I have to agree I don't think there has been any 'talks'Who’d have thought that a draft-dodger would be so chicken brick about a full blown confrontation!

Trump wanting to spike the markets is more likely. Either to stop the slide (or of course, another little day he and his buddies can rake some cash on a big fluctuation)
I also don't believe Iran fired missiles at the Chagos. (It makes no sense, 4000km) A Trump tactic to get us onboard imo.
Iran are loving it because this has also a massive chance of driving a wedge between the US and Israel. The last thing Netanyahu wants is to talk this thru.I think they will have no choice to get round a table to end this though, Trump is rattled badly, everyone is now worried about fuel and supply chain, not sure after Covid a global recession is anything anyone wants and thats what Iran will deliver before any bomb.

He's in the same windowless room as Putin.....can't see a favourable way out.If this isn't market manipulation then nothing is.
The US won't walk away without some sort of symbolic victory that the orange prik can boast about. It just won't happen.
