I think pretty football is exactly what we need. The only way we get a bounce is to take the chains off these players, within reason obviously, not Angeball but just some movement ahead of the ball would be a good start.

I think Poch leaving the US national team job just before the world cup would bad for his reputation. And to give up a chance to manage at a world cup for a relegation battle makes no sense. Imagine if he took us down, his reputation would be destroyed. Taking over after the world cup makes much more sense.

Although the idea of a Trump Tower to the south of the stadium as the price for his release is intriguing.

He plays good football, and there’s a lot to like. He’s also an absolute mentalist who will kick these owners up in the air if they don’t back him and give him what he wants.
