Poch apparently has a release clause and if paid he can leave the US team now
I think pretty football is exactly what we need. The only way we get a bounce is to take the chains off these players, within reason obviously, not Angeball but just some movement ahead of the ball would be a good start. We don’t need pretty football we need to do whatever it takes to stay up, it’s too late for the tippy tappy easy on the eye stuff
Edit… footnote to reiterate that I would not want Southgate here next season assuming we stay in the PL

What do you mean?Source?
If true and he's willing to come, this will be a test of how much we've changed how we operate.
I dont think they are especially fond of him anyway. The team is crap and he doesnt USA!USA!USA! enough for them. They'd be better getting a MAGA friendly WASP like Bruce Arena inPoch apparently has a release clause and if paid he can leave the US team now

If we want Poch and he's willing to come and there is a release clause, are we willing to pay it? Or will we go for another option because it's cheaper. What do you mean?
Imagine the bounce!! First game back a NLD, the stadium would be rocking, we'd probably still get battered but what a night. If we want Poch and he's willing to come and there is a release clause, are we willing to pay it? Or will we go for another option because it's cheaper.
Oh ok, have we not paid a release clause for a manager who wanted to join us previously then?If we want Poch and he's willing to come and there is a release clause, are we willing to pay it? Or will we go for another option because it's cheaper.
Mourinho, Nuno and Conte were out of work. Ange we probably did but can't imagine it was huge. Frank maybe.Oh ok, have we not paid a release clause for a manager who wanted to join us previously then?
We paid Brentford £6.7m for him & his coaches according to Guardian.Mourinho, Nuno and Conte were out of work. Ange we probably did but can't imagine it was huge. Frank maybe.
We did have a history under Levy of trying to nickle and dime clubs when it came to paying for what we really wanted and we'd end up settling for a Temu version.
The Poch release clause will be much more than that according to what I've seen.We paid Brentford £6.7m for him & his coaches according to Guardian.
We need to brickhouse our way to safetyWhy the fudge would anyone want Southgate at all? I would stop watching until he is gone, fudging useless yes man.
I can't say I'm on top of everything team USA, but they don't really like him either.Poch apparently has a release clause and if paid he can leave the US team now
I think Poch leaving the US national team job just before the world cup would bad for his reputation. And to give up a chance to manage at a world cup for a relegation battle makes no sense. Imagine if he took us down, his reputation would be destroyed. Taking over after the world cup makes much more sense.
Although the idea of a Trump Tower to the south of the stadium as the price for his release is intriguing.
Would agree but outside of the transfer window what would/could he demand? In the interim give him all he needs.I would be beyond stunned if these owners appointed De Zerbi.
He plays good football, and there’s a lot to like. He’s also an absolute mentalist who will kick these owners up in the air if they don’t back him and give him what he wants.
It would feel like a company hiring its own rioters.
