Flexibility and free time is infinitely more important than anything else where you're at right now, with the two small ones. That's basically an extra 2,5 hours a day you could spend with your kids in a time when they need you the most.
My daily commute is about the same as you're looking at, and up until Covid it was so stressful for me and the wife (whose commute is almost the same). We used to be the first ones at the door of the kindergarden and sometimes the last ones to pick them up.
They were 3 and 5 when Covid struck, and it was an eye opener like I've never experienced before (or after). During lockdown, stress levels plummeted for all four of us, and it made me realise how intense our days used to be.
I still work the same job, probably only because I have been able to work from home 2-3 days a week after Covid. My priorities changed drastically, and I've organised my schedule much more based on my family's needs than work. It's been a blessing, really.
Just before Covid, in 2019, I had the opportunity to get a much more prestigious job than the one I currently had, with less pay, less flexibility and more stressful working conditions. I'm very grateful I turned it down, and today - as both me and the kids have grown older - I'm very happy to have basically slowed down my ambitions to focus on family life.
Now I won’t say what’s best for you, but I would definitely consider the broader picture of what it will matter for you and your kids to spend more time together - and possibly you being less stressed out than a new job with a long commute might make you.
Good luck!
