That would be down to Vinai now.
But if the decision that he was coming back was made in the last month or so, then Vinai would have been here at that time, so presumably would have been onboard with it.

Fair play. Did nothing that the clubs that agreed to those deals didn't.
The same as villa etc... have done and less than what city and chelsea did. Jail time would be a joke.
I don't really want him here though. I know a lot of fans think he's great but i don't think he did that well for us. Spent a lot of money and got some good players. Think we could have done better though.

We could always do better...in hindsight.
I've not got the time right now to go through the list of signings since Paratici started with us, and don't know how much involvement he's had since the ban. However, I suspect our hit rate is one hell of a lot better than it was in the 5-10 years before him.
