Son Heung-Min

But theoretically should be offset by all the non-South Korean members who complain they can’t get tickets.
Demand was definitely down last season with the poor results , virtually every game had a smattering of empty seats near me when ST's couldn't sell on the exchange .
Do well under Frank and demand should go up again, there always seem to be tickets available on the exchange problem is if you want to take a junior you have to pay adult price.

All of those lyrics apply! He'll be there with the likes of Greaves, Mackay (the whole Double Team) Ossie & Ricky, Hoddle, Billy Nic etc. etc. woven into the fabric of Spurs. So, so sad he's going, but so, so glad he's been a part of of my life (our lives) for the past 10 years! Puskas Goal & Bilbao are burnt into my memory. BUT, my over riding memory will be of an outstanding human being. Thank you Sonny, luv ya! XXXX

I'm disappointed that song never caught on.

Shame there won't be a send off at WHL for him - unless there's a chance he's around for the opening game?

I think there’s something beautiful about his last competitive game being the Europa final, where we win. For all of the important reasons around that, it’s a huge moment.

And then his last game period is in front of his home country where he is a megastar. It will be a special moment.

He probably won’t be around to start the season, but he’ll be back in Tottenham at some point and he’ll get the love he has earned.

Goodbye and Thank You to Sonny.
A Spurs Legend for sure.
Yes he has been past his best for a while but who cares now.
The best Asian player of all time.
Probably in the top 10 Spurs players ever.
I can see him as a club ambassador in a few years, flying over occasionally when he wants to.

The thing is, it could be that his last competitive game would be the European Super Cup final against PSG - it's only 10 days away, and although it's a glorified pre-season friendly, still is 'official' in the sense that it's counted by UEFA in European trophy tallies.

Just imagine if he goes out after having won two trophies in back-to-back competitive games after 10 years of sweating blood to get us to that moment.

Either way, he'll get a statue. No man deserves it more.

And in the end, it means something that no one will epitomize Tottenham Hotspur more than he will - a South Korean kid who came here from Germany, ended up bleeding Spurs and showing more loyalty to us than his home-grown partner did.

We as a club owe him a debt of gratitude for that - he made himself Spurs in a way that doesn't happen often, and showed that anyone, from anywhere on Earth, can love this club just as fiercely as anyone else.
