Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Had a new guy started in my team
I had an into call with him and of course the topic went to football
He is a Brentford fan and basically spent 30 minutes waxing lyrical about Frank and what he will do with Spurs
I was excited about TF but he got me very excited

That reminds me many, many moons ago I worked for a small company, 2 directors and the son of one of them, then about a dozen employees cascading down from there.
I was an assistant to one of the product managers. One day I was called into the office of one of the directors who had been scrutinising the itemised telephone bill which was unusually high. I was given the task of calling every number over a certain ££ on the bill to ascertain who was being called and why the bill was so high.
Well, let’s just say it was a bit of an eye opener and the son of the director (given the time the calls were made it was clear it was him), did not come out of it in the best light.
Every day’s a school day, as the saying goes.

About 20 years ago i was a duty shift manager of security at channel 4. Out of hours we had an officer on reception. One of them ran up a bill in the thousands. He was sacked and part of the bill was deducted from his wages.
Obviously told all the staff not to use the phones for personal calls. They are recorded.
Couple of days later one of the cleaners is using one of the reception phones. Speaking in her native language.
I asked the officer at the desk. Why is she using the phone. - oh she asked if she could use it.
- ok, but you're the one losing your job and paying the phone bill.

People are idiots.

My ex worked for Virgin and I was phoning her in Shanghai a lot from work. The phone bill came in, and the Chinese lad working for us got a gonading! :p

Thomas has some huge calls to make because we seem to be hell bent on making some signs use whi are first team ready
The said now with MGW has around 39 players I think ….
We can only name 22 in the CL squad and that includes 3 keepers as one of them is the club trained player
I think we have to sign KWP on that free just to get the numbers up (we can’t rotate properly otherwise) with an agreement eat we will sell him next summer if he doesn’t play enough
Then we need to start cull and also some real loan management
