If we don't get like 40m for him, I would keep Ricky. I understand he might be injury prone but who isn't with the way Ange plays, seems like everybody has been out. I love the fact that he gives 110% every time he plays, regardless of the minutes he gets. He has heart, a thing that many of our players lack. We have beached about not having a back-up for Harry for so long, now it is even harder for someone to accept that role for Solanke.

Maddison comes deep way too much to play 10 now

You say that but he makes considerably more passes in the final third than Eze does too - not really sure how Palace use Eze so can't make a proper judgement but the numbers are interesting

Eze plays wide left in a 3 and drifts
A role that I actually think would suit Maddison too

I agree. He gets injured because he plays like a madman every match. He would be an excellent back-up/rotation striker…

The only exception is if we buy a world-class striker and Dom becomes backup.
