*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Wolverhampton Wanderers ***

Do we make changes to try and get back into this game?

Or just continue like this for another 45mins?

There's only one change I'd like to make, but that should have been done months ago. I hope we lose every league game left this season to truly underline how crap this manager is and how pathetic our board is for letting it happen.

Looked like an offside for their first goal. Maybe wasn’t interfering but their player seemed close to the flight of the ball.

I've played in teams where I didn’t agree with the way we played at all, and it was the same with the rest of the players.
Didn't make me play like a clown though!
When these players first came in none of them looked this bad, Vicario was a wall, no look at him

If it was just one or 2 , then you could put it down to form

But it's every single player

A new low for Spurs?
Vicario drunk?
Bissouma useless as he have been since he came to Spurs except for a couple of months in the beginning of last season.
Sarr - Runs around a lot, but never in the place you want him when opposition attacks. Don't see any reason to keep him next season.
Front line useless, only positive I can say is that Tel tries and tries.

Wolves are setup well, even when we break they have a man over in defence.

We are never in that position.
That's the thing. No matter who we meet from whatever league, they (I won't say always) often look better organized than us. They look hungrier than us, they play with more will and intention than us and they look like they've played together more than us. Incidentally what made me an Ange fan when he arrived, for a few precious matches we looked like the hungry team, we looked like the team looking for options and wanting to win. Remember the sublime fast passing game, the want for the ball and the collectiveness we had in his first months? To be fair, it has looked like that since the late Poch days, but it has usually been written off as "complacency". I have called it "in the walls of WHL".

Its massively difference playing at a level where you can make changes to your game where the manager is not likely shrewd enough to see it and therefore pull you up on it.

At this level the players are drill and coached, I believe sometimes over coached and have more to lose by not going with the managers tactics.

Tactics that have clearly eroded the confidence over a long period of time. Spence came in and was a revelation, he looks absolutely gun shy now, so has he purposely tuned into a poor player overnight or is this because he is now experience a long period of playing in a side that is constantly conceding vast numbers of goals.

There is a link between tactics and form over a period of time and we are seeing it in many players laid bare, even if people still choose not to see it

TBF as poor as Vicario has been today, he's been good since returning from injury.

Agreed he's regressed from his early days with us though, same as quite a few others.
