"During Mr Venkatesham’s time as Arsenal chief executive, annual revenue grew from £340m to a record £615m.

"He was in charge of all commercial, operational and sporting matters..."

Sounds like further proof of Levy distancing himself from operations or, at least, adding expertise to his team.

Ex-Arsenal CEO....optics aren't great are they?
I mean, if he was so good he'd surely still be thee, right?
Why? He left as he wanted to pursue other challenges, it's not like he was forced out. He's on the board of the European Club Association, amongst other sporting roles he's had on the business side, so must be doing something right.

This would seem to suggest that Levy now has no role at all at Spurs? Will this see the end of him drawing a salary from THFC?

Hopefully Vinai will quickly replace remove Munn and replace him with some actual top talent and we can build from there.

Hmm, interesting angle. What makes you say this might mean Levy is a goner?
Would be ironic if he was a Goner after a Gooner was employed...

Ok, I've got my coat...

He seemed reasonably competent at Arsenal and was featured on the all or nothing documentary, was part of the group who started their turnaround so compared to the guys we currently have at the helm, suggests it could be a reasonably decent appointment

I don't see why the company needs him as well as a CEO.

Sure, he can then start taking dividends or Maybe, Maybe re-leverage spurs take a huge chunk of value out of the club—- let’s say a £Billion and saddle the club with paying that off.

That’s his prerogative right?

The fans don’t give a fúck about him, so why should he give a fùck about us.

Yes that is his prerogative (well Lewis' family trust's prerogative). I don't think Spurs can carry much more debt than we are already carrying though. Certainly not anything like £1b.

And newsflash for you.... He doesn't give a fudge about us anyway, only the valuation of the asset he owns 30% of.
