Phillips is a lot like Dragusin; tall, fast, physical, likes a challenge, not so comfy/skillful/passing. Dragusin is a much better player than Phillips at present, so we are not missing Phillips at this moment.

I think the hope is he will be over in December, but he won't become a Tottenham player until January.
