U23s, Academy and Loanees

The story of our U21s trying to win the PL2 Cup and the PL2 knockout thingy. A really good watch if you have 40 minutes.
Also get to see the elusive Simon Davies. Not to be confused with Chris Davies. Or Ben Davis. Or the other Simon Davies.

Heard belgium is the place to be for young players we want (to play in england). Gives a high points total in order to be given a work permit. The polish league wouldn't have been enough.

In place of whom?

I want the youngsters to progress. Some might be ready for a step up. But it is a huge step up. They won the league and playoffs. Got to the final of the pl cup. Great.

But they were brick when playing against seniors from the lower leagues (can't remember the name of the trophy). They need experience.

They weren’t brick
They were decent but the levels are there for a reason

Putting 1 or 2 in the first team when they are playing well is totally different than playing in a young team against experienced pros.

I'm not against them getting minutes. Totally the opposite.

Just saying that we should temper our expectations a bit.

They need game time and experience to be ready to challenge for a first team place. Just being bodies on the bench never used doesn't help anyone.

Well put a bet on it. Whichever club he goes to put a grand on the manager getting sacked within a couple of weeks. Will would be fudged but you'd make a few quid.
