We won't run away with it. But should win if we show no fear. We'll stop Pirlo. Probably De Rossi will run things instead!

That's it we will work hard to stop Pirlo but as you say Verratti is probably just as good. Which is why Wellbeck does makes sense now. We will need to deny them space and break up their play in midfield. If we let their 'engine room' get ticking we're screwed. Hodgson has had 2 years to think about that, hence Wellbeck and Sterling who can run and run their hearts out. Hopefully Sterling will also put them on the back foot.

Whoever wins the midfield battle, should win the game.

i just think that theres a decent chance that we will win by a margin because that italian team is ageing. and some of our players could just overrun them physically. and not only are they old, some of their players are just plain not very good as well in my opinion. the problem is, i can see roy hodgson trying to lock it up if we go one up

Don't underestimate them. This is a massive game for them, and that age = experience. They will grind out a performance. Its quite an equal match really. We need to show no fear and really get at them, put them on the back foot, but pack the middle when they have possession.
