Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

I was locked into the nuthouse at the beginning of the 2023 season, so missed all of the matches in that 10 match run (the russian "cook" lady was rumoured to have thrown the tv card thing in the decoder out the window, it was gone anyway, probably the dude that thought he was Lucifer that really did it). So we just played cards and chess for a while. The first match I actually watched that season was the 1-4 against Chelsea. Maybe I should just get back in. Binge some shrooms for a while, stop taking meds and take one for the team.

Said before I think he needs a bit of luck to get through this.

So far not so much. Leicester game easily could have been a win, though no doubt had we won I'd be saying we also could have lost that game. Could argue we got a bit of luck in the Hoffenheim game, think we deserved the win, but obviously the game could have gone differently.

On the injury front not much luck to be found either. Maddison, Bissouma adding to the host of players already missing for the Leicester game. Sarr returning, but still not fit.

Easily a win… not sure myself
Their keeper did make some great saves
We did hit the woodwork
But we gave them the goals by not being able to do simple things again
They looked to me to have a modicum of control when we attacked them after taking the lead

Levy is doing what the fans have been crying about him not doing for years and thats giving the manager time.
The wrong one though, it's not like it's a decent manager having an off season in 10th. We are getting relegated.

5 home games against Crystal Palace, Wolves, Fulham, Ipswich and Leicester equals 2 points.

Think this sinking ship is to big to turn round. I can not understand how he has not been sacked, it is a disgrace and I'm very close to cancelling my membership.

Stop being disingenuous.

What fans have been crying out for is:

- backing of a manager with more signings that THEY want
- upping our wage structure to compete with the best teams for the best players
- upping our wage structure to be able to compete for the top trophies

Levy continuing to keep a manager who points per game wise is the worst so far in ENIC's history AND NOT back him with players for us to push on in the summer and not buying enforcements apart from a sub-goalie so far this January, wouldn't eb most wide-wake fans view of 'backing'...

Ange is really out of his depth. When you are getting out-coached by the likes of Van Nistelrooy, McKenna and Moyes you really know the gig is up.

No ability to create any kind of solidity defensively or even in midfield will eventually get you relegated, especially when you're also powder-puff gong forwards. It's like most of the football nous that our players have in their heads has been slowly scraped away over the last year; they all look collectively worse and worse.

Grim times
