That's up to the tribunal. I'm just pointing out this is different to uefa (who did ban city but it went to cas. Not an option in this circumstance). If city and everton are found guilty. Yes i do expect them to be punished. Especially with the independent regulator being brought in. It is an oportunity for the prem to show they are regulating things.

The funny thing is after nearly £1bn spend in 12 months they should have an unreal team, but its not really that much better than when before they started
There's a good base to build on, squad is a lot younger too. They've sold a lot of older players. I think in 1 or 2 seasons once it settles down and they fine tune it they'll be pretty decent and Poch will be good at developing them.

I don't know. No team has been found guilty of breaking pl ffp rules. No team has ever faced so many breaches. This is not uefa and it can't go to cas. There is no time limit and all evidence is admissible.

Get a top class manager who knows how to win things
Get a sexy foreign manager who only a few experts have ever heard of.
Win the League
Win any trophy
Play good attacking football
Win at all cost
Change ownership to billionaire who will spend big
Change ownership to billionaire who meets certain criteria to be set by the Tottenham Hotspur ethics and morality committee.
Reduce prices seats, food, drinks and merc.
Remove anything red on the kit
Get stadium sponsor who meets etc.
