*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Stevenage Borough Official OMT ***

Agreed

There was no need for us to switch to 352

Kaboul either pumps it 60 yards, or charges up the wing into Rose's space

It isn't clicking - this is where Modric ties it all together and keeps the ball on the deck with little 10 yard balls

Now Bale is knocking it 40 yards and out of play

Keep it down and pass them to death, PLEASE

Kranjcar if stuck on would tie it all together. Play him on the right or left cutting in with Bale on the opposition flank.
There really is no need for 3 hoofers at the back.

DHSF is gonna go mental soon, screaming 4 4 FUKCIN 2

Me too

Im already going mental but im waiting till the 30 minute mark before shouting it. Its true tho.

Hoofing works if you got Jan fudging Koller but not when you have 5ft Defoe

Are we deliberatley trying to make this game more difficult for ourselves or what. Even with the change of formation i do not understand why we need to use the long ball so much. This is mental.

The thing is it is really tight so we dont know what to do.

The two players who can hold the ball are not there, adebayor and modric. Maybe we needed at least one to play.

i think he is under harry's instruction to go long...i can't see how high stevenage's defensive line is so can't say for sure if this is working at all

it always makes me laugh when the mongs on the board slate Dawson for playing these passes, as if he just decides in some game s to do it, as if it were a panic move.
It rearely occurs to people that he might actually be following team orders, to utilise his ability to knock a ball that long, with the accuracy that he can normally achieve.
