Playing well might be stretching it a little bit. They should definitely have scored more than one.I had no idea BT had snaffled up the Europa as well; I was looking forward to getting home and watching the game on channel 5 or ITV4 or some such television outpost
Good to hear we are playing well and Son has bagged himself a couple.
what was that powederpuff **** from carroll there? your man just strolled past him without a care in the world.
i'm not convinced by carroll at all. harsh maybe as he hasnt really had a fair crack in the side though, but he doesnt look it to me.
No we should be easily beating teams like this at home.

The problem with lamela isnt a lack of confidence or form, it appears to be a lack of ability.
two seperate arguments though. qarabag are slicing through the middle of the park like we arent there (which we arent). If I was asked to choose the £36m man from Carroll and Lamela (I've had so many chances but let's just give him another one) I know which one I'd choose.
I think that it is crazy going into any competitive game saying that winning three nil is the minimum acceptable score.
Have you seen Qarabag's European results this season? I am not saying that they are a really good side but they have some decent results under their belt
At least we will not longer hear 'Thursday nights on Channel 5''

Townsend has been pretty decent I think. His corner for first goal tooOur weekend saviours have both been poor IMO, although Townsend has just gone and created that killer chance for Lamela.
I think the alternation of Lamela and Alli has been part of the problem with us being opened up as Dier is often being caught alone in the middle of the pitch with only Carroll making an effort to get back. I've seen Lamela jogging back after his own mistake has put us in the ****.
Really not impressed with how we have lined up since Dembele got injured. We have gone back to a more open system and it looks so vulnerable.
