So he tried the same approach at WHL. Makes no sense.
Doherty should not even be on the pitch, let alone at left wing back.
FFS I'd rather play Son at left wing back in a semi against Cheatski.

No Lloris, Romero, Dier, Reguilon/Sessegnon (from the start), Son, Bergwijn. Squad lacking in quality. That to add to our existing problems in the starting 11.

Can't have too many complaints about the performance today with that in mind. Played some good stuff in the second half, good to take that inti the NLD. Can see what we're trying to do and showed some class at times.

Still really need at least a couple successful signings in January, but that was already known.
