These capacity tweaks seem a little strange to me? Any ideas where the extra 450 odd seats will come from?
Making each seat 5mm narrower or something? It wouldn't necessarily have to be new space found for extra rakers

Yeah, I know, but this wasn't the main reason as its capacity could have been expanded while it was being built...
Exact number of seats applied for is actually 62062.

Just wanted you to know
That translates to me as a little bit of the seat manufacturer finding some space in the margins and a lot of "Oh fudge, we forgot to count the press and the players in the capacity figure".So the capacity has crept up from 56k when the origin transport assessments were done to 62k hopefully soon. A cynic would think it was deliberate.
Edit: some further info:
... and, in practice, it's a meaningless number as we have to segregate fans.
We should sacrifice one seat, to keep the honouring of 1961 theme going
Those scratched to fudge graffitied perspex screens always look classy in foreign stadiums.We should build in pop-up perspex barriers (at say 4 key points depending on the away allocation) that means we don't have to lose columns of seats. Keep them opaque though, so we don't have to look at the ugly white supremacist when West Ham and Chelsea visit
62062 has a nice ring to it.
@90291Spur ?90210?
I like how intimidating they look. We should also go for whitewashed concrete where the whitewash has long since faded away.Those scratched to fudge graffitied perspex screens always look classy in foreign stadiums.
Hello there, matey (the 90291 refers to the zip code where I live, which I’m sure everyone was super curious about).
Capacity could be reached during NFL games or other events? NFL fans don't seem to be segregated over here.
How'd you get my class picture?
