The Official 2022/23 Premier League Thread

Chelsea defender just nearly had his head kicked off, no way he shiuld be allowed to play next week as 100% concussed

As I've said for months, it's Arsenal's title.
Far too much going their way.
Villa hit the bar at 2-2 and then in injury time the goons hit the bar and the keeper scores and og , incredibly lucky.
Then city should be 5-0 up , how it was only 1-0 I will never know ,then Forest have one attack and one goal. Ridiculous.

It's incredible how everything just falls into place for them in the most ridiculous ways. Very annoying. While we keep getting serious injury to both players and staff.

Opposite of last season.
They had fortunate ,late wins with a lot of controversy against Villa, Fulham and Liverpool at home.
Virtually no major injuries except for Jesus.
Out of both domestic cups straight away.
Avoided the play off round in the Europa League.
Theyve played the very bare minimum of games , had virtually no I juries and had all the major , game changing decisions go their way ( except for the Brentford one and we have never heard the last of that ).
I think it's written in the stars unfortunately

bricky day cheered only by Chelsea. Hope it stays that way.

fudging Pep. Chasing a goal and brings on Ake for Foden? Great manager but a bit eccentric sometimes.

It’s pretty hard being a supporter these days though if you’re a kid. There’s a generation that honestly believe that we’ve never won a trophy. My young fella gets it in the neck all the time from his mates.

When I was growing up in the late 80s or 90s, we were worse than we are today. We were mid table mediocrity season after season. However, we had recent trophies I could point to and most kids acknowledged we were one of the biggest clubs in England.

Im not one for just judging stuff purely on trophies. I think ENIC have actually done great work in making us a perennial top 6 club again in an era when 2/3 clubs are on cheat mode especially when you look at what they’ve done infrastructure wise. But when it comes to dealing with other fans, sadly trophies are the only benchmark.

Lol. It doesn't matter how old you are or how successful your team is other supporters are going to have a dig. It's what we do. Man up and give it back.

Personally if i come across a qpr, sunderland, leyton orient, wigan fan... i feel respect for them. Utd, city or liverpool (with a london accent) i think they are an utter taco.
