The Official 2015/16 Premier League Thread

Bournemouth are likely safe now. Swansea could be reeled back in, probably better that way as they still have to play teams that are around us, maybe they will scrap for points.

Rafa has confirmed a number of our injured players made a miraculous recovery yesterday, having only been informed after his first training session that a number of players taking part had been injured until the day before!

100% confident you will stay up now. The way Sky were talking its like Benitez was taking over a team 10pts adrift. You are 1pt behind Norwich and Sunderland with 2 nad 1 games in hand respectively.
It does like its 3 from the current bottom 4 now, unless Swansea dont beat Villa next week. After that game they finish with 7 matches they could lose

Just your run-in too. Still got to play the other 5 teams in the bottom six, 3 at home. That's massive and very sure you will be safe by the last day

Leicester unsurprisingly unchanged. Is there a stat around about how many games they've had injuries? As far as I can recall they have had surprisingly few.

Bright start by the Toon, but you sense they won't be good enough to keep Leicester at bay. Mistakes creeping in already.

It's funny that we're watching the team top in the PL play the team second to the bottom - if you didn't know which team was which, you wouldn't be able to tell which of them were top, as they both look like mid-table teams. :p
