My fears that they get ancelotti/conte/pardew
Let's hope they move him upstairs and he can't keep his nose out.

Do we think 45 points is enough to stay up?
They've been linked with Arteta a lot. Arteta first team coach and Wenger DoF would be perfect.
But he is Sol Campbell? They've been linked with Arteta a lot. Arteta first team coach and Wenger DoF would be perfect.
Poch rates Arteta highly as a coach and they are former teammates from PSG. Poch has has said before that he'd have him on his coaching team now if it wasn't for the Arsenal link.
I'd heard that he rated him highly, I hadn't heard him say that the Arsenal thing was an issue. If he's linked to any English club it's Everton. I thought that we had tried to get him in but Pep pipped us.
I'm sure that he's a decent coach but it'd be an impossible job with Wenger still around and he would be too inexperienced to tell him to fudge off.
Gutter Boy's comment rang a bell with me so I went and found this.

So interest in him recently as well as from a couple of years ago. I think that mention of his Arsenal past preventing a move was from ITK types rather than explicitly quoted by Poch.
Surely they realise that they actually have a lot of really over rated players by now
A genuine question here, when was the last time Ancelotti rebuilt a team?
That's what I thought. Isn't his thing normally to go to a team of stars that have had enough of whoever the last guy was and he just makes them feel better and play to their ability? Arsenal have a team of average sh1te mixed with declining good players (Cech, Koscielny, Ozil).
Then again if they pay a big enough salary, I guess nothing is out of the question. But their squad, at the moment, is phucked because too many of them have been there too long and are starting to rapidly decline (see Cech and Koscielny this season, Ozil will be the next one).
