Possibly right on Torreira. I never had him down as a world beater, I just liked what I saw of him when I watched them, looked a good player.

I think Steves point on Liverpool is valid. Its not a direct comparison on quality between them, as I read it, rather the nature of having an excellent attack compensating for a decidedly average team otherwise.

That’s a fair point regarding the attack, the pace of them three will scare teams to drop back deeper.

Thankfully the are 3 worse teams then us.

We will pick up the odd win along the way. Would have done today if not for crap referring.

Poch is finished, a charlatan. Another Redknapp who just gets players to run about a bit. We fell for it because he had a cool sexy Argie accent.

Time to sack him and half the team and build for a title run next season with no European football to worry about.

Football clubs dont build like other sports and I feel they miss out because of it. We need to build a squad for a tittle run.

That means dropping Lloris, Aurier, Alderweld, Verts, Rose, Eriksen and Lamela. Bringing in youth players who even if not good enough can form the outer squad places of our next great squad.
 
Fight for the top half of the table.
This season we have played 17 games and beaten 2 of the bottom 4 at home, Crystal Palace and bricky Europa League team twice.
