Great catch, but was a massive mibrick so would have been hugely lucky had it not gone near a fielder for a catch.
completely agree it was the top order that lost it, got off to a flyer then commîted Harry karri.
on the whole though, this team over performed, I reckon getting to the quarter finals was par for Essex. Disappointing now but we punched above our weight at the end there.
