Haha. So someone who’s had “just learned” that Easter is the most important Christian celebration is suddenly up in arms about how it is treated?

Because Labour wished Muslims happy Eid.......

They also wished Christians happy Easter too, so his new found anger is miss placed.

I don’t know if anyone on here uses the NextDoor App but it’s full of people who moan about everything immigrant related (at least for the area I am in). I have never posted on it before but the other week I decided enough is enough and got into a spat on a thread about “we are not allowed to celebrate Easter anymore”.
It’s ridiculous and would be funny until you realise people actually hold these views.

The new thing is to get offended if an organization is neglecting Christian beliefs. The people who are getting angry are about as religious as Richard Dawkins so it's just funny.

Same with the anti halal food clowns. They don't want Kosher banned even though it's the same process and often done without stunning at all.

What we know at the end of it is that racism is stupid.

Ah....Nextdoor appeared a relatively benign, potentially helpful app where local/neighbourhood stuff could be discussed or mused.

But nope, it caught the disease of division, negativity and faux outrage and down the swanny it went.
