Just got in to find my new C0ck embossed pencil case on the doorstep. Complete with key, coin, badge, some bracelletie type thing and bag for life! Tempted to put the bag over my head to be fair.

How come it took so long for season ticket holders to receive their tat? I got mine ages ago.

Mine hasn't even got a tracking number, but I'm thinking that's because I live outside the UK. Many of the One Hotspur members who received their membership packs earlier also had to pay customs fees and VAT when their packs arrived, possibly they are trying to avoid that this time around.

Access card, card holder, maybe a pin badge and scarf. Or access card and a (sizeable) discount voucher for one visit to the Club Shop. Anything else is superfluos.

Not being a parent myself, I always give my membership pack to mates whose kids enjoy the souvenirs; just as I did back when I was a youngster.

Same here! Maybe there is an issue with the safety elements of the key ring...will have to keep using the old one that is far inferior that I thought would be for one season and then only on special occasions. The new key ring is so amazing though, it will be worth the wait.
