Anyone received their ‘packs’ this season? I’m an existing ST holder with my son and neither of us have received anything (it’s also his bday this week and we usually receive a card - it’s the little things that count!).

I asked about them when I called to get a ticket for the Arsenal U-23 game a couple of weeks ago, they said they weren't bothering to rush sending them out given the stadium delay and didn't give any other info other than keep an eye out via email or it actually dropping through your door

Haha turns out I don't get an individual refund for domestic cups games. The refund is pro rata.
