Racism in football

Ah yes, famously the barbary pirates did slavery "well before white men embarked on it"... But also the Romans did slavery 1500 years before that. Guess all Romans were non white then?

You seem deeply steeped in reactionary beliefs. Where do you get your information on this stuff from? What are your trusted or go to sources?

In fairness, I think they sort of 'over-lapped' with the Transatlantic slave trade, but I get your thrust!

As for the second bold-faced line there, I sense there is a lot in it.

Hahaha, you can travel in India for the same price and spend time with the locals, so that's a lie. Tickets with Foreigners are for people who want to have special privilege tickets a a boost to tourism, not for the reasons you are alluding too

As for the last sentence, nearly all those countries cite having a better work life balance as the reason for their happiness, nothing to do with being a mono culture
The mono culture argument is a fascinating one, but not as in being a good argument... I think it essentially functions as a Rorschach test.

If you're a ethno nationalist/racist or just uncomfortable about people with a different skin colour, culture or whatever that argument will resonate with you. I mean, of course monocultures are better, people who are different to me makes me feel bad. Then you can cherry pick examples from the vast data pool of cultures, countries and history to validate your own feelings.

Whereas if you're kinda cool with people if different cultures that argument does nothing for you. Other examples from the world come to mind.

Reactionary right wing snow flakes needing their feelings validated... Then getting exploited by grifters and bastards who fill that with half truths and lies masquerading as knowledge.

The only positive thing is that this has always been a reaction to positive social change. And we have a history of defeating that, at times at least.

As always a pleasure conversing with someone who sees the intent of what's being said. I just went for the low hanging fruit... Not my intention to agree with a falsehood.

They are just facts mate, look them up for your self. Are you telling me you have never heard of the Roman's? You will find everything explained if you watch the life of Brian

I don't get offended by anything, I'm a real man
Ah yes. Hatred is a good and healthy thing, but the much smaller reaction of getting offended is somehow wrong for a real man.

I don't get offended, I just hate people I disagree with... Makes all kinds of no sense.

It's fine to feel offended. What you do with that is a different question.

I pointed out that white people also did slavery before the Barbary pirates. You disagree with that fact? I mean, either disagree or admit that you were wrong.

I've heard about the Romans that they had both white and non white emperors and seemed to care very little about skin colour. They did care a lot about if someone was "Roman" or not, but that had little to nothing to do with skin colour. More progressive on race than many are nowadays.

Anyway. My question was what sources you use?

Facts are facts, but how they're interpreted, understood and presented matters a great deal. Real men understand that.

I didn't know Owen Jones was a Spurs supporter

I take it that's meant as an insult and you have no interest in actually having a meaningful conversation about this?

I had to Google who Owen Jones is. Not really sure what the insult is here? Maybe you meant it as a compliment? If you wanted to be insulting could you please be a bit clearer?
