Finals of the euros is the 14th of July.

If they have 2 weeks off after, then they might miss the flight out for the tour.
Should all be back for the 2nd game no matter how far they go.

It's frankly disrespectful that we still haven't erected his statue at the stadium, people always bang on about Maradona in a Spurs shirt but the streets will never forget Bongani.

It's only vaguely related but his name does remind me of that really odd spell where Steven Pienaar played for us, decent player and a nice guy but that move definitely didn't work out.

Has anyone posed the question of which youngsters we'll see getting minutes and impressing in pre-season? You always hope there's at least one that gets lots of minutes and impresses, with the Europa League it's a great time to make an impression. Moore seems the obvious shout but it's got to be more hope than expectation at this stage considering he's 16 or something.
 
Getting minutes: A bunch of them. With preseason starting before all players are back from internationals and the number of subs usually used in these games a lot of players will get minutes.

The impressing bit is more difficult and speculative. Would expect players with real first team experience elsewhere like Parrot,Bergvall and Devine to stand out more. More attacking/skillful players usually have more of a chance of looking impressive with limited time to show what they can do. Anyone's guess really.
 
And pre season starts tomorrow I think.

Hopefully we get plenty of videos of the new guys joining up with the players who haven't had international games

But missing Romero, VDV and Dragusin.

Davies, Phillips and Dorrington (if he is training with the first team) will be the only CB's he has at the moment.
