So you are into knowing ones self i see.
Must be the silly season. Someone remind me how much Man Utd are paying Alexis Sanchez? No way can we compete with those kinda wages. We've seen no movement in the transfer market. Forget champions league football next season folks.
Did I say that? I am saying football is becoming a joke. Money is killing it.Why because we aren't throwing money around in January at players we can't fit into our team? This is the most ridiculous thread on GG, which is quite an achievement.

It's pretty clear what I am saying; money has spoiled the game and I am losing interest. The amount of money some of these players are earning are obscene. You are deluded if you think we can win the league in the future when the likes of City, Man Utd, Chelsea are paying silly money. So what are you saying in that post? Seems pretty clear to me; no top four if we don't spend money.
Leicester was an anomaly. How many teams like Leicester have manage the break the dominance of the top four teams since the Prem was established 1992? Blackburn?Explain Leicester then.
While I agree that its highly unlikely we will win the league any time soon, I certainly think its possible.
The difference between then and now the likes of Emirates Marketing Project, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea have all strengthened their squad. I would argue Liverpool are a stronger unit than Spurs this season. We are struggling to maintain the top four position. Don't expect another Leicester to come along anytime soon and win the league. Unless you have the financial clout you will struggle to compete. Where is the fairness in that? That whole game is corrupt.Anomoly or not, it happened. A season after being promoted, and with a bang average squad. They hit the ground running, got lucky on other teams faltering, and managed to ride the wave.
I see absolutely no reason why we couldnt do similar.

.
Why? Does it rile you up to see someone vent their frustration with the way money and commercialism has spoiled the beautiful game? Maybe this thread isn't for you.For someone losing interest in football you dont half seem to get your knickers in a twist when we drop some points

You misunderstood me. I have not written us off. I am just stating the obvious. There's no level playing field in top-flight football because of financial doping. Even Arsense Wenger agrees:Money has always been at the forefront of footballing success - only now it's more out in the open.
I was more interested in why someone who has written off any hope of us ever succeeding cares so much when we drop points
Arsene Wenger: Arsenal boss says Europe's 'big five' leagues 'being destroyed'
Competition in Europe's biggest leagues is being "destroyed" by clubs who have "huge financial power", says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
Frenchman Wenger pointed to examples in France, Germany, England and Spain.
Paris St-Germain are 11 points clear in Ligue 1, Bayern Munich have a 16-point advantage in the Bundesliga and Emirates Marketing Project are 15 points ahead at the top of the Premier League.
Wenger said it was clear that "unpredictability has gone down".
He added: "When you look at the five big leagues in Europe, in December we already knew four champions.
"That means something is not right in our game. The huge financial power of some clubs is basically destroying the competition."
