Its easy to play against us as we do not have that world class creative midfielder that can find passes others can’t. Ndombele can pass but i would still not class him as a Bruno Fernandes, De Bryune type of passer (i am not saying Fernandes and KDB should be compared). Without a player like that we can be suffocated in the middle of the park and with a block of bodies on the edge of their box our forwards can become isolated. Liverpool were similar, they were limited in midfield and had a world class attacking 3 but what they done correctly was using the full backs to whip in balls at every opportunity, ours do not do that, they would rather turn and play it back.

Thats the change I would make, PEH can sit there and feed him and Ndombele, we need more quality on the pitch to keep the ball

Sissoko is definitely the odd one out in midfield, gets in the way.. Unless he's chaarging forward with the ball, he doesn't give us anything extra.

Team not connected from Def mid forwards. (Maybe lo Celso?)
Mix bag from Ndombele and Reggie (he needs to learn to play percentages when in certain areas of the pitch).
Diers done ok. Toby does look steady but old. Doherty, not sure he knows how he is meant to contribute. Sissoko looks confused in a confused game.
