Precisely. He is at the cutting edge. He is supposed to be cutting inside to score. Or cutting outside to make space. Or tricking someone into a penalty. Or scoring. So far everything has been a first touch pass to the next man... which is nice but also comes across as a bit "don't give it to me, hot potato, sideways pass" rather than "give me the ball, I'm the man, watch me create that chance"

How many appearances do you give him before you don't think these anonymous performances are acceptable? He's started a few games and had a couple dozen sub appearances, yet I don't think I've ever seen him create a chance, beat a man, have a decent effort,...I want all Spurs players to succeed, espectially young players, but Onomah is given huge leeway for not doing anything
