***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur vs. Saudi Sportswashing Machine***

To be fair, we're missing Richy, Kulu, and Romero, plus Hojbjerg who Conte trusts.

It shows the horrendous lack of quality that still pervades the squad because we end up playing the bombscare Sanchez, Lucas, etc.

And Sanchez is probably the most limited player in the Premier League - how he's a football player with such an atrocious level of passing and technique is beyond me. Every single team targets him with a single press, and he fails the challenge every single time, giving the ball straight back to the opponent.

Closely followed by Dier, who is mediocre. For all the vaunted claims of being a leader, he fails to lead, lumbers around like a spasticated horse, and his passing is frequently as horrific as Lloris's. He's just marginally more reliable than Sanchez.
I actually think Sanchez on a good day is a better defender and makes better decisions than Dier. He is however much more prone to making a clumsy decision that then affects the rest of his game. He then looks like a donkey on roller skates.

We have 7 quality players. 4 with Kulu, Hogjberg and Romero out. Too many decent but not yet good enough 'squad' players making up the rest. That is the truth of it.

Dier and Lloris didn't have their best day and cost us.
