Dier is crap on the ball. His passing is poor and the worst part about it is he thinks he can play but fudges it up and puts us in trouble with his poor passing. Wanyama is a much much better footballer.
He doesn't screw up as much but he doesn't read the game in an attacking sense nearly as well.
Wanyama is a solid passer in the sense that he makes the ball go where he wants it to, but he doesn't choose the most beneficial pass nearly as often as Dier
He's not great compared to the three in front of him but he's a level above Wanyama
Dier made the pass, Son just stood and waited for itDier loses ball again. Wanyama is more mobile as well.
Won’t be long!Desperately trying to gift them a second ffs
Sanchez is just a poor mans Bassong really. I know it’s his first season but don’t see much in him.
Ben Davies. Spurs man of the match so far.
Just the latest in a very long list of Spurs players to do so at AnfieldLets not carried away, Dier is an important player for us. Just maddening that in a game like this, the first goal is vital, and to lay it on a plate like that is frustrating.
