Maybe my views on this are clouded by having a Blackpool supporting mate who gives me short shrift when I complain about Spurs.

I understand. Whatever Levy's faults, he's apparently a thoroughly decent bloke (on the whole) and isn't a convicted rapist leeching his club out of existence.

But it's a subjective sort of argument to have. Blackpool, while in a terrible situation, don't have a history of bottling it from winning positions - is that perhaps better than getting into sight of hope and *then* bottling it?

I want us to win, I always do. I'd just prefer it if there was a way of us winning and them saying "Thanks but no thanks" before the draw.
