I wouldn't be surprised to see a very similar lineup with maybe Eriksen, Alli, Toby A rested against Palace.

If lamela and benteleb were available for selection they probably would have played ahead of eriksen and alli.

The coaches obviously just decided not to use CCV for this one.
 
Did we play this stadium last year? Can't remember it from the bricky stream I watched then. Looks different now.

Think you could be right. So far both teams in cruise control not trying to use up too much energy for the weekend. You get the impression both would take a 0-0
 
Cracking shot by Eriksen just right down the middle. In the corner and that would have been a stunning opener.
 
Am i the only one worried about Alli? He seems a little too confident. I noticed this against City where he was trying to do flashy little passes / tricks / flicks and losing it when he could have played a simple pass. He is doing the same here, i hope he is not starting to believe his own hype.
 
How confident is our team is now? Least season we'd strangle opponents and play like this, but only in patches. Now, even with a rotated team, we're fully committed and focused, and extremely hard to play against.

What a funny way of looking at it. How is he going to improve, if he does not try things and push himself? It is probably just a sign of feeling that he has settled in the team and has the trust of his team mates and manager.

Said the same a while ago, its a fine line between confidence and arrgoance. Maybe Pochettino will have a word to tone it down..or maybe not, who knows.

Should be 1-0 down after that chance, lucky
