Don't see us doing it tonight, may scrape a draw but Chelsea have the better team out. We have our reserve central midfield. Will be extremely lucky to take everything. I'm positive about the future of our club but not about this game.

Walker shot just wide,
Ade goal.
Ade volly
Parker shot a foot over

..and a few other chances around the box that didn't lead to anything.


I only came in and switched on seconds before the Ade goal but there were some decent chances for us.

We're getting pretty desperate now IMO, Parker has to come off. Sig is solid in possession, far better than Parker anyway.

Their movement is quality, our midfield is failing badly. Hudd playing so deep almost as a defender means we have two men in midfield against five when we have the ball and nobody to pass to. They are faster as a unit and move so much better.

yep, agree with both of those points.

we're not done yet, but we need to find Bale when he's in space - he nearly created from that one chance he had.
 
Right a draw is death to us. We have to bring it this half. They've got an loads of games in their legs and Benitez is their manager.

Holtby and Parker need to drop a bit deeper and wider to spread the play, they always have men over when they play through us.

Bale should drop a bit further wide as well and get the ball deeper and run at them.
 
I think we look like we can score which is encouraging but the defence is looking less than impressive.
