***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Wolverhampton Wanderers, Molineux, Sat 25th April, 3pm - ***

It’s definitely looking like we are favourites to go down. Everton conceding late was a killer.

We’ll have Villa/Leeds then a 10-day break and Chelsea/Everton within 5 days of each other.

If we get to those last two needing 2 wins we are down. West Spam could easily have 40 points by then (albeit we’d have the Chelsea game in hand).

We therefore need a minimum of 3 or 4 points from Villa/Leeds and one of Spam or Forest to implode.

OR we need to win 3 out of the 4 remaining… (in which case it’s unlikely the others would do better)

gulp.

West Ham have 3 tricky fixtures - i feel our situation relies more on what they do here. Brentford away, who are chasing Europe - 0 points. Arsenal at home, who are going for the title - 0 points. Saudi Sportswashing Machine away in their last home game of the season (we know all about that) 0 points. We need that to happen while getting ourselves at least 2 points from Villa & Leeds to take it to the last day with us in front

Agreed.
I would say I am personally banking on West Ham running into some sort of issue/bad luck or few. They've had none since Xmas (bar a slight strain for Summerville). It's been pretty extraordinary, and there's a side of me that keeps saying as bad as we've been they've been lucky, and that will flip.

A bit more confident after that.., If they do get zero points from the next 3 then I think we could do it.

There is no chance West Ham get zero points from their next 3 games :D Brentford haven't won any of their last 6 Premier league games for starters, and only won one of their last 9 - against Burnley. They also tend to upset the Goons more than we do, and Saudi Sportswashing Machine are rubbish - it's complete straw clutching unfortunately....

It's almost like we're in straw clutching territory 🙄
