We put to much of our build up play on the CBs. We have 3 CM and none of them come back to help the build up. PEH did that all the time and Bissouma does it sometimes, but not enough.

He knocked a ball straight out of play with no Saudi Sportswashing Machine player within 10 yards of him and it was a simple pass. Not the first time he's done it either. Don't know if it's lack of concentration but it's nothing to do with CMs not showing.

Our pressing is shocking, we press with our midfielders then when they inevitably pass it through the press we are outnumbered. Happens every game.

Well this inefficient pressing is killing us and ange doesn't care about the players, it looks like they are not committing fully now

And? How many times have we played out from the back this season and how many times have we conceded from it? It's quite clearly a risk/reward thing and it's something the majority of PL teams do, so unless you know something all these qualified coaches don't? Theres plenty of goals that have been scored/good chances created from playing it out and being brave, you only ever highlight the ones that are conceded. And just punting it long constantly conceding possession and inviting pressure is just counter productive.....

I think we are perhaps seeing that it's very hard to have a right footed full-back on the left. The positions and the shapes Spence is making deputising for Udogie show us that we need to fix that eventually in the transfer market. We also saw the same thing when Gray was there in the EL.

Not much he can change player wise in fairness. Doubt he'll make any tweaks to the tactics.
