Got to that dark place where part of me hopes we lose against Wolves to make his position untenable .....can't be a**ed witnessing them pull another 5-0 win out the bag after a dismal few fixtures so everyone can say "but...but....we're winning the goal difference"
 
Really poor again. We never really rattled them. Had a couple of chances with Johnson but never carved them open really or had them under pressure. You could say they didn’t either but they never had to once they went ahead.

The decision making on the line and on the pitch was frightening. Our centre backs lost the ball 4 times on the wings high up the pitch. One of them was a booking for Dragusin, one was a chance for them when Gray lost it.

Son was appalling bar one pass. How he got 80 minutes? I don’t know. Bringing on Bergval and Maddison and hooking our two CMs? Made no sense to me.

Our shape defensively at times was a mess.

I’m still behind Ange but he’s not making it easy.
 
While I thought we did ok in the first half, I thought that the second half was terrible. We really didn’t create much at all. Our relentless downward slide continues.

And I have zero sympathy for Djed - if you get booked for throwing the ball away then you out yourself in a difficult position. Idiotic thing to do.
 
Those subs were appalling. Not the players that came in , but the players that came off , or rather didn't. How could Son stay in until the 81st minute when he literally didn't touch the ball in the second half. RB had him completely locked down and he hid behind him all the second half. Johnson can't beat a man or can't tackle , as weak as tinkle.
Why put Spence on the left ? Wtf ! That sending off is on Ange as Spence was cutting back onto his right and shortly after that he got sent off although it was never a foul let alone a yellow.
Porro should have gone right wing or put kulu there and get Johnson off the pitch.
Our two wingers never look to beat a man , can't shoot , never tackle or press properly and get knocked off the ball far too easily. Can't believe Ange left them on so long and the whole game in Johnson's case !

Other point is, we were pretty much at full strength offensively and never looked like overwhelming them, stretching them or creating enough pressure to make them crack.
 
It's crisis territory now, but you can't disregard the ridiculous injury list we've been struggling with for some time, despite whatever it is that causes it (our tactics is of course at least partly to blame). But Ange should be worried. 14 losses in 25 PL games is far from where we want to be.
