Problem isn't as much with the 11 on the pitch...its all the players off it.

Sounds weird given we're being outplayed, but Conte doesnt ever pick Dele, GLC, Ndomebe, Gil, Bergwijn, Rodon, Doherty,...so many players in the squad which the manager doesnt feel are good enough means he has limited/no ability to flex his team. All our subs are there to just make up the numbers rather than provide realistic alternatives. Even 2-3 signings would make a hell of a difference IMO
